About Us

EFT for Addictions is an innovative, client- and practitioner-friendly, holistic addiction treatment approach, based on the integration of the Emotional Freedom Techniques with a range of other effective methodologies and interventions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Neurolinguistic Programming and others, which has been developed over the last five years by Masha Bennett, an accredited psychotherapist, addictions professional and international EFT trainer. Following her first career as a biologist, Masha developed a passion for working with people approximately 10 years ago. Since then she has worked and studied extensively to develop her skills and understanding of a wide range of therapeutic approaches that she uses to help people achieve their goals and dreams and gain relief from addictions, psychological trauma, fears, anxieties, pain and other emotional and physical issues.
