What is sex addiction?
Sex addiction can be defined as any compulsive behaviour that interferes with normal living and causes distress to self, family and others people, and often dominates and disrupts the addict's everyday life.
This may include: compulsive masturbation, addiction to porn, exhibitionism, voyeurism, compulsive relationships, and other distressing and often destructive behaviours.
A related condition is the so-called sexual anorexia, where the individual is compelled to avoid anything to do with sex.
